The registrar says in the first sentence:

Ladies and Gentleman,
we witness the formal act of marriage ceremony between:

who are going to marry and who are now present here.

This formal act will be done by me (name and surname of registrar)
as the registrar of the municipally.

According to the regulations of the article 23. of the family law in FBiH, the marriage ceremony attend witness

Because all conditions for existence and validity of marriage are fulfilled I will familiarize you with the regulations of the family law under witch the marriage is regulated.

(The registrar stands up and calls the future marital partners and witness to stand up. While standing, he reads the regulations of the family law)

Article 30.

The marital partners are equal in the marriage.
The marital partners are obligated to be faithful to each other and to respect each other.
The marital partners decide together where they live.
The marital partners decide together about child birth and child-rearing, about their relationship and duties in their marriage.

Because the marriage is a life partnership between a men and a women, that is regulated by law, and you both agreed that you will live in marital relationship I will not read the articles from the Family law that regulate the property and decisions about your surname. You both have from now the following surname:

Let me tell you few words about the marriage institution that is not written in the law. Do not allow that the Law arranges your marriage. Arrange your marriage by yourself, so that you enjoy your marriage and that your marriage lasts for a long time. Enjoy every moment in your life together and live in a belief that today you have made one of the most beautiful steps in your life. Cherish your love, cherish the mutual respect and faith, fulfil your obligations together and equally, and let the marriage be the opportunity to show your love and to fulfil your goals. Treasure it and protect it from all kinds of temptations as the biggest treasure in your life.

(Then the registrar asks)

All legal conditions based on article 28 of the Family law are met and in the name of municipality of Bihać I decree that the marriage between

(Name and surname of groom)

is concluded.

In the name of the municipality of Bihać, of the mayor of the municipality and in my own name I graduate and wish you luck in your future life as a husband and wife.

I ask the marital partners and witness to sign in the wedding register. (first the bride, then the fiancé, then the attesters)

The marital partners can exchange the rings and kisses.
Let me deliver you the matrimonial sheet.
