The registrar says in the first sentence:

Ladies and Gentleman,
we witness the formal act of concluding the marriage between:

(Name and surname of fiancé)

who are going to marry and who are here present.

as the registrar of the municipally.

According to the regulations of the article 23. of the family law in FBiH to the conclusion of the marriage the attesters are present

Because all the conditions are met for the conclusion of the marriage I will familiarize you with the regulations of the family law under witch the marriage is regulated.

Article 30.

The marital partners are equal in the marriage.
The marital partners are obligated to be truthful to each other and to respect each other.
The marital partners decide where they live.
The marital partners decide about the birth and raising children, about the relationships and duties in the marriage.

Because all the legal conditions based on article 28 of the family law are met in the name of municipally Bihać I decree that the marriage between

(Name and surname of bride)

And

(Name and surname of fiancé)

is concluded.

In the name of the municipally Bihać, of the mayor of the municipally and in my own name I gratuate you for the conclusion of the marriage and I wish you luck in your future life as man and women.
