XIX APPLICATIONS OF THE LAW
Article 55
In case that the society joins another foreign person as a founder, the same valid regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina are applied, and also all concluded contracts with foreign investors have to be obligatory in the language of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but the foreign person as the founder can demand that the same contract is to be concluded in the foreign language besides the contract in the language of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In case of a dispute and a disagreement of the contract concluded in the language of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the foreign language, the regulations of the contract in the language of Bosnia and Herzegovina are valid.
